This line is designed to handle seed potatoes. The principle is that the produce is brought into the line with boxes, where it will go over a horizontal leaf separator before going through the Flikweert quality grader. After the Quality grader it can go directly to manual inspection or into the Allround shake grader which efficiently sorts the produce, with grades moving directly to storage hoppers. After inspection, the produce is transferred to another set of storage hoppers before continuing to a big bag filler or weighing and packaging machines. This system ensures precise grading and quality control at every step. All dust extraction has been installed by Jongejans dust collectors.
