The storage hopper with box tipper is designed to act as a buffer with the capability to tip boxes. A box with produce is placed into the tipper, which then tips, allowing the produce to fall onto the fall breaker in the storage hopper. A transport conveyor is mounted at the bottom of the storage hopper to convey the produce out.
The storage hopper with box tipper is mainly used to feed packing lines. This machine can also be used to feed processing lines with a smaller capacity.
On demand, the machine can be supplied with a dust cover on top to ensure all dust remains inside the machine during tipping. On demand, the machine can be controlled remotely using a wireless remote control.
