The produce is fed into the line through box tippers and transported via a trough conveyor to the cyclone destoner, where stones and other heavy stone and other debris are removed. It then passes through a wet hopper and washing machine for thorough cleaning. After washing, the potatoes are gently transferred through a flume to the polisher, where the final surface cleaning enhances produce appearance. The produce continues to the roller dryer to remove excess surface moisture before being conveyed by a transport conveyor to an elevator. The elevator feeds an even flow hopper, ensuring a consistent supply to the fully automated box automation system for efficient filling and handling.
