The skin separator removes loose pieces, skin, branches, and leaves from produce. The waste floats towards other belts.

The skin separator removes loose pieces, skin, branches, and leaves from produce. The machine works on the principle that the product is heavier than the pieces that are to be taken out and therefore separates them. The waste floats towards other belts.
The standard machine is supplied with a frame made from sandblasted and painted mild steel (special primer), The product conveyor is also made from mild steel, covered with rubber, and bearings and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel. But on demand, the Frame and product conveyor can be made from stainless steel AISI304 but bearings and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel. The cleats height is always 30 mm.
In a standard machine, the stone conveyor is made from mild steel. But on demand, it can be made from stainless steel AISI304. The cleats height is always 40 mm and the gap size is 10 mm.

- The height of the subframe can vary from 0-5 meters
