Where drop heights are a major concern elevator with swan neck comes into play. ELK type elevator transfer is produced at a certain height with minimal drop height.
The standard Elevator is supplied with a painted mild steel frame and plating, bearings, and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel. On demand, the Frame and plating can be supplied with stainless steel but bearings and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel.
The belt can be made of PVC, PU, and rubber. The height of the cleats are 40, 60, and 80 mm. On demand, the Bottom/top sides of the elevator can be covered with a cover made of zinc plated steel or stainless steel.

- A backstop prevents produce roll-back
