This box tipper is designed for a gentle handling of produce. With this box tipping system, the drop height will be limited. This means that it exposes the produce to less risk of being damaged by a drop.
The box tipper is used to tip boxes. After the box is placed, the box rotates to a position under an angle of 135°. Then, the box moves diagonally upwards. While the box is moving up, it is emptied.
On demand, a sensor can be installed to detect and control the produce output. This sensor sends a signal to start or stop the rotation of the box
On demand, the box tipper can be provided with safety fences, sirens & warning lights to enhance safety.
