This box tipper is designed for cabbage. The box tipper is used to tip boxes. After the box is placed, the box tilts to the upper position. While the box is going up, the box is emptying onto a transport conveyor. A sensor will be installed to detect and control the produce output. This sensor sends a signal to start or stop the rotation of the box. The box tipper is available in mild painted and stainless steel.

This box tipper is designed to minimize the drop height of the product. This is done by rotating the box to angle of 140° on a transport conveyor, which will gently feed the next position.
On demand, the box tipper can be provided with safety fences, sirens & warning lights to enhance safety.
On demand, the machine can be controlled remotely using a wireless remote control.
