The transport belt is designed for conveying. This type is the transport belt with slides. The standard conveyor is supplied with a painted mild steel frame, and the bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. On demand, the Frame can be supplied with stainless steel AISI304 and zinc plated steel, but the bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel.

The belt can be made of PVC, PU, and rubber. On demand, A frequency inverter can be included to control the speed. The standard conveyor is supplied with a cover mounted on the bottom and top of the machine, made from zinc plated steel. On demand, it can be made of stainless steel AISI304.

Characteristics

  • Belt available in 60 – 240, in steps of 20 cm, and 100 – 240, in steps of 25 cm
  • The belt can be made of PVC, PU, and rubber
  • On demand, a frequency inverter can be included to control the speed

  • On demand, the topside cover and bottom side cover can be made from zinc plated steel or stainless steel
