Allround roller inspection tables are designed for round products. The produce is transported and rotated over rollers so the produce can be inspected. Waste and rejected produce can be picked out. This type is meant for standing only. An outfeed chute to separate the waste of the aisle is included. Allround offers roller inspection tables in various lengths and widths, depending on the needs of the customer.

Characteristics

  • On demand, the electrical panel can be made from stainless steel AISI304 or painted mild steel

  • On demand, the rollers in the inspection table are made from stainless steel AISI304 or PVC

  • Waste chutes are included on the side. The chutes will guide waste to a transport conveyor or box

  • In the middle of the conveyor, an aisle is included. There is a separate passage in the outfeed chute

  • Light strips are added to the inspection unit to make the product more visible

  • A safety cord is included. By pulling this safety cord, the machine/line will stop

  • On demand, a conveyor within the machine is mounted to control the roller speed (not transport speed)

  • A frequency inverter is included so that the roller speed is adjustable
