Allround Vegetable Processing manufactures a range of vegetable destoners that effectively remove stones, clods, high-density material, and debris from produce prior to the washing process. Removing stones from produce at the start of the handling process helps prevent damage to produce or equipment caused by stones present throughout the washing and processing line.
Allround standard destoner comes in a painted mild steel frame with bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. However, on demand, it can supplied in stainless steel AISI304, but bearings and drive/idle rollers are of mild steel.
Allround standard destoner comes with an 8 mm spacing rubber coated mild steel 50 mm cleat height product conveyor and a 10 mm spacing mild steel 40 mm cleat height stone conveyor. However, on demand, it can supplied in stainless steel.
If required, the destoner can be on a subframe to accommodate height difference. The subframe can be made from painted mild steel, stainless steel AISI304, and galvanized steel. The height of the subframe can varies from 0-3 meters.
