This vertical big bag filler is used to fill big bags or boxes. Vertical belts are mounted on the frame to fill the big bags as well as a transport belt to switch direction.
This vertical big bag filler is used to fill big bags or boxes. Vertical belts are mounted on the frame to fill the big bags as well as a transport belt to switch direction. Because the vertical big bag filler can hold 2 big bags/boxes, the machine can fill without interruptions. When the hooks are assembled, big bags can be filled. When the hooks are disassembled, boxes can be filled.
The vertical big bag filler lowers and stops just before it reaches the bottom of a box or bag. The product sensor in the vertical filler detects the product and moves up as it fills the box or bag.
Fingers/cleats on the vertical big bag filler gently convey produce into the box or bag, Once the box or bag is full, produce feed stops until a replacement empty box or bag is detected. The feed conveyor will reverse and fill the second box or bag, allowing for continuous filling.
