    3. Grundsatzerkl\u00e4rung<\/h2>\n

    Die CSR-Politik von Allround (India) Vegetable Processing Machines Pvt. Ltd. konzentriert sich auf kritische soziale, \u00f6kologische und wirtschaftliche Bed\u00fcrfnisse der unterprivilegierten und unterdr\u00fcckten Teile der Gesellschaft. Wir verfolgen einen Ansatz, der die L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr diese Probleme in die Strategien des Unternehmens integriert, um den Gemeinschaften insgesamt zu helfen und soziale und \u00f6kologische Auswirkungen zu erzielen.       4. Umfang der CSR-Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/h2>\n

      Wir klassifizieren nur Projekte, die nicht zum normalen Gesch\u00e4ftsgang des Unternehmens geh\u00f6ren. Alle unsere CSR-Projekte werden vom CSR-Ausschuss des Vorstands \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und aktualisiert. Die normale Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit des Unternehmens besteht in der Herstellung und dem Vertrieb von Z\u00fcndsystemen f\u00fcr Zwei-\/Dreir\u00e4der und Motoren.<\/p>\n

      5. Umfang der CSR-Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/h2>\n

      Das Unternehmen hat einen CSR-Ausschuss gebildet, der aus zwei Direktoren des Verwaltungsrats, einschlie\u00dflich des Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrers, und zwei unabh\u00e4ngigen Direktoren besteht, um die Umsetzung der CSR-Politik des Unternehmens gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen von Abschnitt 135 des Companies Act zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/p>\n

      Der Ausschuss, der an den Vorstand berichtet, besteht aus den folgenden Direktoren:<\/p>\n

      • Der CSR-Ausschuss empfiehlt als Ausgabenh\u00f6he jedes Gesch\u00e4ftsjahres mindestens zwei Prozent des nach \u00a7 198 des Gesetzes ermittelten durchschnittlichen Reingewinns der Gesellschaft, der in den drei unmittelbar vorangegangenen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahren erzielt wurde;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Jede andere F\u00fchrungskraft des Unternehmens, die mit den CSR-Aktivit\u00e4ten des Unternehmens in Verbindung steht, wird dem CSR-Ausschuss f\u00fcr alle durchgef\u00fchrten CSR-Projekte Bericht erstatten.<\/p>\n

        6. Budget<\/h2>\n

        Das Gesamtbudget f\u00fcr die CSR-Projekte wird vom CSR-Komitee beschlossen.<\/p>\n<\/div>
